The aim of the consultancy was assessing organizational capacities of the coalition via specific questioner, revealing organizational gaps and providing further capacity building consultancy. As a result of this intervention, the structure of the coalition was modified; the official organizational name was changed; priorities, mission, vision were re-assessed, the statute was amended.
